Key Responsibilities of the B2B Collections Specialist
• Contact customers via phone and email to collect past‑due payments and manage assigned AR portfolio follow‑up as the B2B Collections Specialist
• Review daily aging reports, prioritize outreach efforts, and reduce DSO by actively resolving delinquent accounts as the B2B Collections Specialist
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, cash‑application issues, and customer inquiries while providing account statements as the B2B Collections Specialist
• Review credit override requests, document collection activity, and keep management informed of key account developments as the B2B Collections Specialist
• Partner with Sales and AR teams to address credit limits, cash‑application matters, and collection‑related challenges as the B2B Collections Specialist

Qualifications for the B2B Collections Specialist
• At least 1 year of collections or accounts receivable experience; Buisness to Business experience required
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, multitasking, and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in Outlook with working knowledge of Excel and Word; detail‑oriented and organized
