Bilingual Account Receivable Specialist (Part-Time) (Spanish & English)

Vitaminise Wellnest Clinic, a growing primary care practice in Orlando, is seeking a detail-oriented Account Receivable Specialist (Part-Time) with medical billing experience to support our revenue cycle operations.

Position Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Performance review after 6 months based on AR metrics and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports
• Insurance claim follow-up and payment posting
• Review and reconcile EOBs
• Resolve claim denials and billing discrepancies
• Patient balance reconciliation and collections
• Maintain accurate financial documentation
• Ensure HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate with front desk and clinical team

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Billing or Accounts Receivable (healthcare required)
• Strong understanding of insurance claims and EOB interpretation
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently in a small practice setting
