• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts to ensure timely payments are made.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers using skip-tracing tools to locate and contact them.
Your duties may include reviewing and analyzing accounts for potential legal action, updating customer information in the database,
and identifying trends or issues to report to management.
