Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Receivable Specialist position open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is a full time, onsite, contract to hire role.
Responsibilities
• Ideal candidate will ensure accurate processing of lien waivers, maintain compliance with contractual requirements, collect payments from general contractors, and support the AR team with payment posting, reconciliation, and documentation.
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable and lien waiver experience required (within the construction industry)
• Strong knowledge of lien waiver requirements and compliance standards
• Notary Public preferred
Education
• Associate degree in Accounting a plus
Knowledge/Skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of accounting software required (Vista ViewPoint preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Work Hours/Pay Rate
• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
• $26-28/hr.
