Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position Overview

A company is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in a fully remote role. Location: Remote. In this role, you will manage the full invoicing cycle, oversee daily performance of assigned offshore teammates, and perform complex AR reconciliations to support both internal and external audit requests.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full invoicing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate generation of customer invoices
• Oversee the daily work and performance of assigned offshore teammates, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards
• Perform complex AR reconciliations for customer accounts and support internal and external audit requests

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience in a high volume, customer-centric environment
• Strong experience with ERP systems and invoicing systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and departments
• Commitment to accuracy and process improvement
