Accounts Receivable Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor outstanding patient accounts and resolve billing errors and claim denials

Generate reports on team performance and implement strategies to improve collection rates

Mentor team members and conduct staff training in collaboration with the Project Manager

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3-5 years of experience in hospital billing and collections, with prior leadership experience preferred

Proficiency in billing software, electronic health records systems, and data analysis tools

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical billing or healthcare administration is a plus

Ability to motivate the team and promote collaboration

Demonstrated analytical ability to research and review patient accounts
