Job Description
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Leader. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the AR collections team, focusing on efficiency and customer-centric communication Oversee daily collections operations, prioritize aging accounts, and resolve billing disputes Enhance AR processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow and payment performance Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit & Collections, or Order-to-Cash leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing AR / collections teams Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an asset Strong understanding of AR systems including ERP and billing platforms Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs and reporting tools
